The picture is of Ch Fox. Ch Fox gave up his life jacket along with
three other chaplains. Mike keeps this picture of Ch Fox in his office
to remind him "it is about serving". The flag is a required part of the
promotion setting. This particular flag is from his "kindergarten" days
at home. He learned to say the pledge to this very flag. The hat is the
new one for his major rank with lightening bolts.
